Fit4Race Expands Support to All Crews in the 2025 FIA European Rally Championship

Fit4Race is proud to announce the expansion of its performance coaching program across the entire 2025 FIA European Rally Championship (ERC) field — providing physical and mental support for all registered drivers and co-drivers at each round of the season.

Fit4Race is proud to announce the expansion of its performance coaching program across the entire 2025 FIA European Rally Championship (ERC) field — providing physical and mental support for all registered drivers and co-drivers at each round of the season.

Following a successful 2024 partnership with Junior ERC competitors, Fit4Race’s role in the ERC has grown significantly thanks to a collaboration with *Hankook Tire, **WRC Promoter GmbH, and **RTH* (Hankook’s official tyre service provider). This alliance ensures that every crew competing in the eight-round championship will benefit from professional, on-site performance support.

While the focus remains on supporting the Junior ERC, we now have the opportunity to assist all drivers and co-drivers,” said Zsolt Matics, founder of Fit4Race. “Our goal is to help athletes maintain their physical and mental edge throughout the demanding rally environment.”

The Fit4Race team will be present at every ERC round, offering:

• Short performance zone assessments (in under 10 minutes) to identify focus and energy levels

• Pre- and post-stage readiness sessions

• Physical and mental support* tailored to the unique demands of rallying

• Individual consultations* for any physical, mental, or emotional concerns

• Educational advice on fitness, recovery, mindset, and nutrition

Rallying is one of the most demanding sports — requiring continuous adaptation, emotional control, and total focus,” Matics added. “Unlike most motorsport disciplines, rally crews rely on communication and mutual rhythm. That’s why our support extends to both drivers and co-drivers.”

This on-site support is backed by the Fit4Race Performance Centre in Budapest, where drivers can undergo more detailed assessments, long-term coaching, and recovery work. Drivers such as Norbert Michelisz, Mixi Csomós, Patrik Herczig, and many more have already benefited from Fit4Race’s expertise.

Beyond rallying, Fit4Race has also contributed to Olympic success — supporting silver medalist sailor Zsombor Berecz and working closely with Hungary’s fencing team, which won épée gold in Paris 2024. The company also works with elite teams in football, water polo, and ice hockey, among others.

The 2025 ERC season kicks off with the 42nd Rally Sierra Morena – Córdoba Patrimonio de la Humanidad in Spain from April 3–6. Fit4Race will be on the ground, helping crews perform at their peak from the very first stage
