CEO
Zsolt Matics
“I’ve always believed that you should never, ever give up and you should always keep fighting even when there’s only the slightest chance.”
– Michael Schumacher
This mindset didn’t just define my early years in motorsport—it became the driving force behind everything We’ve built since. After stepping out of the kart and off the track, that same relentless spirit fueled my mission to create something bigger: a performance system that would empower others to chase excellence with the same intensity.
From a young age, I was drawn to motorsport—not just for the speed, but for the discipline, focus, and resilience it demanded. My early experiences in karting laid the foundation for a lifelong passion for performance development in high-stakes environments.
After graduating from the University of Physical Education in Budapest, I founded Fit4Race more than 16 years ago with a single mission: to bring science-based, athlete-centered performance solutions into the heart of motorsport and elite sport.
Today, as the CEO of Fit4Race, I lead a multidisciplinary team that supports Olympic medalists, World and European Champions, and high-performing individuals across motorsport, team sports, and corporate environments. Our work extends across CIK-FIA, FIA-ERC,Formula Categories as well as national federations and professional teams in football, water polo, ice hockey, and beyond.
I am passionate about combining scientific research, applied coaching, and long-term athlete development to help individuals and teams perform at their absolute best—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
As a frequent speaker at professional conferences and industry events, I enjoy sharing insights and best practices with fellow coaches, practitioners, and leaders in Motorsports and performance science.
For me, every individual—whether an elite athlete or someone navigating the pressures of everyday life—has the capacity for greatness. My role is to help them unlock it.
Head of Performance Coaching
Dávid Horvath
“If you have a body, you are an athlete.”
– Dr. Andy Galpin
This belief shapes my approach to coaching, research, and performance enhancement. I see potential in everyone—whether they are elite competitors or individuals striving for personal growth. My mission is to unlock that potential through science, training, goal setting, and habit development.
As a Research Fellow at the Hungarian University of Sports Science and a doctoral student, I am dedicated to bridging the gap between theory and practice. I apply this knowledge daily as the Head Performance Coach at FIT4RACE KFT., where I lead a team of performance coaches in achieving success with their clients. I also work directly with high-performers—including Olympic athletes, professional athletes, and corporate executives—helping them enhance both their physical and cognitive abilities.
My experiences with the Hungarian Football Federation and the UEFA Centre of Refereeing Excellence have deepened my understanding of what it takes to perform at the highest level.
I believe that every athlete—regardless of their background—has untapped potential. My job is to help them find the key to unlocking it.
Beyond the lab and the training ground, I am passionate about continuous self-development, music, and innovation. My ultimate goal is to inspire and empower others to push past their limits—whether they are professional athletes, coaches, or individuals striving for excellence in their own lives.
Director of Performance and Operations
István Gnyálin
“To measure is to know.
“If you cannot measure it, you cannot improve it.”
– Lord Kelvin
For me, these words capture the essence of performance optimization. From the laboratory to the sports field, measurement is the foundation that turns effort into progress and ambition into results.
My journey began with what many would consider an unusual pairing: electrical engineering and sport science. At first glance, they belong to two different worlds, but in practice, they have given me a unique perspective—one rooted in precision, structural thinking, and the relentless pursuit of optimization.
As Director of Performance and Operations, I focus on connecting technology, data, and human performance. Whether analyzing an engine—fuel injection, thermal behavior, powertrain efficiency—or assessing respiratory, circulatory, and metabolic responses in an athlete, my goal is the same: to uncover insights that drive efficiency and unlock peak performance. As a runner, I know what it feels like to push limits, chase marginal gains, and balance determination with strategy. I’ve learned that progress is never just about training harder—it’s about structuring smarter, using data as a compass, and shaping performance through a holistic, evidence-based approach.
Human Kinesiologist – Performance Coach
Csongor Tompai
“Every little thing you do leads to a bigger thing.”
– George St-Pierre
I earned my MSc degree in Human Kinesiology from the Hungarian University of Sports Science and currently work in the physiology lab, where I support the development of athletes and individuals with an active lifestyle through performance diagnostics.
As a performance coach, I help my clients maximize their potential in endurance, explosiveness, strength, or recovery. I also place great emphasis on the cognitive development of athletes, as mental preparedness and quick decision-making are crucial for achieving peak performance.
Together with a team of experts, we work to ensure that our athletes and guests receive all the necessary support to perform at their best, both physically and mentally.
Head of Nutrition – Operational Leader of Experts
Tibor Kozaróczy
“Most people have no idea how good their body is designed to feel.”
– Kevin Trudeau
Nutrition is my passion, mission, vocation, and profession — in other words, my IKIGAI. I have been researching the nutritional aspects of sports, weight management, and health preservation for over 25 years.
Throughout this quarter-century, as a nutritionist working with individuals striving for the next level of fulfillment in their lives — from professional athletes, including Olympic medalists, World and European champions across various sports (e.g., motorsports, soccer, tennis, sailing, water polo, swimming, etc.), to CEOs, top executives, celebrities, and dedicated everyday health enthusiasts — I firmly believe that nutritional inadequacy is one of the main barriers preventing most people from becoming the best version of themselves.
As both a member and the operational leader of the holistic expert team at Fit4Race, my role is to help and support our clients in their continuous improvement by optimizing their nutrition, while also coordinating and integrating the work of our expert team, aiming to unlock each client’s true potential and guide them toward becoming the best version of themselves — the ‘BestofYou’ state.
Leader of On-Track-Support Team – Performance Coach
Peter Sebestyen
“If you’re not fully present, you’re not doing your best work.”
– Phil Jackson
I’m an ex-professional motorcycle racer with over a decade of international experience in WorldSBK and World Supersport championships. My career has been built on discipline, precision, and the relentless pursuit of performance. Now, at Fit4Race, I bring this same passion to help riders reach their full potential.
For me, it’s not just about performance—it’s about the person behind it. I specialize in on-track support, working closely with athletes to optimize their physical, mental, preparation in real racing conditions and help them to stay in the zone during the competitions. I see my career at Fit4Race just like I once saw my racing career: as a constant journey of growth, where I strive to improve and be better every single day.
Head of Performance – Leader of Biomechanics and Physiology
Erik Szabó

– Claude Lévi-Strauss

I am dedicated to enhancing performance and minimizing injury risks, striving to empower every athlete to reach their full potential.
As Head of Performance at Fit4Race, I lead the physiology and biomechanics laboratories, developing tailored protocols that align with the unique demands of different sports. Whether working with a professional football player, a professional racing driver, or an athlete from any other sport, I ensure that test results are translated into actionable insights specific to their sport’s requirements. I consider myself a critical thinker, always evaluating and questioning methods and practices to ensure we stay at the cutting edge of innovation in the field. My goal is not only to optimize athletic performance but also to deepen our understanding of what it takes to excel in the ever-evolving landscape of elite sports.

„The most important thing is to try and inspire people so that they can be great in whatever they want to do.”
– Kobe Bryant
I’ve been passionate about sport and exercise since I was a child. More than 25 years of competitive sports have shaped my character and given me a lot of experience. I studied at the University of Physical Education, where I obtained my Bsc and MA degrees. Since 2021 I have been working as a Performance Coach for Fit4Race and I am involved in cognitive assessment.
In my work, I believe it is important to build trust and I strive to support my athletes and highlight their values, which can give them strength. Human Kinesiologist
Lili Farkas
Sport has always played a fundamental role in my life. In my younger years, I experienced its challenges as an athlete, and today, as a coach and human kinesiologist, I dedicate myself to helping others reach their full potential. I have always dreamed of working with athletes, but I could never have imagined that I would have the opportunity to collaborate with so many Olympians, world champions, internationally recognized competitors and many other athletes.
I firmly believe that this profession can only be pursued with true passion and deep expertise. My goal is to support athletes by focusing on every detail, ensuring that even the smallest improvements can make a difference in their performance. I completed my Master’s degree in Human Kinesiology at the University of Physical Education, which provided me with the strong foundation I apply daily in my work. By combining the latest scientific advancements with practical experience, I continuously strive to offer the best possible support to every athlete I work with.
Human Kinesiologist – Performance Coach
Balázs Czakó
“Perfection is not attainable, but if we chase perfection, we can catch excellence.”
– Vince Lombardi
My mission is to help athletes develop a deeper understanding of their bodies and physical abilities, enabling them to achieve optimal movement quality and peak performance. Whether guiding elite competitors or fitness enthusiasts, my goal is to support them in reaching their full potential.
Being part of the expert team at Fit4Race, my role as a human kinesiologist is to conduct biomechanical assessments that provide valuable insights into an athlete’s physical condition, identifying weaknesses and areas for improvement while supporting long-term health and injury prevention.
As a Performance Coach, I focus on translating these objective data points into practical, individualized training strategies. In addition to physical preparation, cognitive development plays a crucial role, as it is essential for achieving peak performance—both in competition and daily life.
Ultimately, I strive to guide every athlete toward becoming the best version of themselves—stronger, more efficient, and more confident in their abilities.
Performance Coach
Mátyás Dienes
“If you are scared, you can’t be fast.”
– Marc Márquez
This quote reflects my mentality: if you are afraid of change, afraid to step out of your comfort zone, you will never achieve what you truly want. Growth and success demand courage — and I carry this mindset into everything I do.
Sport has always been at the center of my life. For many years, I competed on the track, where I learned what it means to fight, to fail, and to win. Those experiences shaped not only my character but also my professional mission: today, I stand at the side of the track, helping athletes push their limits and achieve victories of their own.
After graduating from Eötvös Loránd University with a degree in Sports Management, I expanded my expertise as a strength and conditioning coach and rehabilitation specialist. These fields allow me to combine performance enhancement with recovery and long-term athlete development, strengthening the holistic approach of the Fit4Race team.
My driven and perfectionist mindset resonates with many of my clients, as together we strive to bring out their best selves — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
